Job Summary
Prepare full sets of accounts and GST returns, conduct consultancy fieldwork, and liaise with clients to deliver accurate financial statements and detailed proposals that support client business needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare full sets of accounts and detailed accompanying schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and lodge GST returns on behalf of clients within required deadlines
- Compile unaudited financial statements in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary accounting source documents
- Perform ad hoc duties including payroll and administrative tasks to support client operations
- Analyze client entities to understand their business context and financial environment
- Conduct thorough fieldwork at client premises to gather relevant financial and operational data
- Develop and present detailed consultancy proposals based on fieldwork findings to guide client decisions
- Lead teams and work independently to deliver high-quality results within deadlines
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent (e.g., ACCA)
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or consultancy
- Proficiency in full set of accounts preparation, tax, GST, compilation, payroll, and corporate secretary functions
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
