About GMH
GMH Consultancy Service is a performance-driven digital marketing agency and both a Meta Business Partner and Google Partner.
We combine creative thinking with campaign data to deliver measurable business results. We value people who think critically, take ownership, communicate clearly, and continually improve how work gets done.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise assigned Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and lead generation campaigns where relevant.
- Analyse campaign performance, lead quality, budgets, and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate.
- Identify whether performance issues come from the ads, creative, audience, offer, landing page, funnel, or tracking, and recommend clear next actions.
- Review and optimise landing pages by improving message alignment, page structure, CTA, loading speed, trust elements, user experience, and conversion rate.
- Use GA4 data and working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic quality, user behaviour, conversion tracking, and landing-page friction.
- Turn campaign insights into creative briefs and testing ideas, including hooks, angles, messaging, formats, and audience insights.
- Liaise with assigned clients, provide performance updates, manage expectations, obtain approvals, and raise issues early.
- When required, coordinate multi-service client projects involving advertising, creative, content, SEO, websites, or other services by tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals, and internal follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, maintain campaign documentation, follow internal SOPs, and use AI or automation tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Able to manage assigned campaigns independently, from setup and optimisation to reporting.
- Strong ability to analyse campaign data and recommend practical next steps.
- Able to review and optimise landing pages for better conversion performance.
- Able to interpret GA4 data, with working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.
- Able to prepare clear creative briefs based on campaign and audience insights.
- Experience liaising with clients and presenting campaign performance clearly.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and internal follow-ups.
- Strong attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking, budget management, and execution.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
Added Advantage
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns.
- Experience in beauty, real estate, education, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Basic copywriting, short-form content, or UGC advertising knowledge.
- Experience using Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, Notion, AI agents, or similar automation tools.
Who Will Do Well in This Role?
You are likely to succeed if you:
- Take ownership of campaign outcomes.
- Use data instead of blindly following platform recommendations.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Act early when campaign performance is weak.
- Enjoy testing, learning, and solving problems.
- Stay organised while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
