Apply detailed knowledge of building construction and related functions to oversee project execution effectively
Develop and manage project plans and schedules using computer software to ensure timely completion and generate printable work schedules in X-format
Supervise job sites with comprehensive understanding of construction details to maintain quality and progress
Coordinate and control multiple trades and subcontractors to foster close cooperation and efficient workflow among all parties
Monitor and ensure workers’ welfare and enforce all safety requirements on site to maintain a safe working environment
Utilize relevant work experience and certifications to support project management and site supervision tasks
Required competencies and certifications
Possess related work experience and valid certification as stated in the original JD
