Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Hire, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team quotas.
Strategic Planning:
Design and execute strategic business plans and sales campaigns that expand the company’s market share.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and forecast revenue trends for senior management.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term partnerships with key clients and resolve escalated customer service issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and refine customer outreach
