Mechmodule Technology Hiring! Full Time Senior HR Executive in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 10,000 - Ricebowl

-Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business objectives

-Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit processes

-Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration

-Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations

-Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

-Conduct performance management processes and support training and development program

-Manage ISO 9001:2015 audit and ensure compliance.

- Employer branding & digital transformation to improve operation process.

Administration

-Supervise administrative staff and office operations

-Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor contracts

-Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events

-Develop and improve administrative systems and procedures

-Monitor budgets for HR and administrative functions.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

-5+ years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities

-Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices-Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office

-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

-Experience in both HR and office/facilities management

-Background in policy development and compliance audits

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
