JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Supervise daily activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Allocate tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination with transport and outlet teams for seamless logistics flow.
- Oversee loading and unloading to prevent delays, damages, or errors.
- Implement operational best practices to achieve 100% efficiency.
2. CK Item Handling & Storage
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of Central Kitchen (CK) items.
- Coordinate transfer and storage of CK items to designated branches.
- Verify quantities and conditions during dispatch and receipt to prevent loss or damage.
3. Inbound & Outbound Process Oversight
- Supervise execution of inbound and outbound processes in accordance with SOP.
- Use checklists to verify product details, ensuring accuracy in documentation and handling.
- Coordinate with drivers and branch teams to adhere to transport schedules.
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain delivery consistency.
4. Stock Movement & Documentation
- Oversee accurate recording of stock movements in Codemax or other approved systems.
- Ensure all documentation (DOs, invoices, packing lists) is complete, accurate, and attached.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks against system records to prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in all stock documentation.
5. Stock Transfer & Physical Handling
- Support stock transfers, loading/unloading, and physical handling of goods.
- Verify stock quantities before and after movement, cross-checking between source and destination.
- Handle goods with care to avoid loss, damage, or mismatch.
6. Cleanliness, Safety & Compliance
- Lead efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Enforce hygiene and safety SOPs among team members.
- Conduct routine cleaning and weekly audits to ensure standards are met.
- Address and resolve any cleanliness or safety-related issues promptly.
7. Team Leadership & Professional Conduct
- Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and discipline in daily operations.
- Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff on SOPs, safety, and best practices.
- Foster a professional, cooperative team environment.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within designated timelines and to high standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years warehouse management experience.
- Proficient in warehouse systems and inventory control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and SOPs.
- Physically fit and proactive in maintaining a safe environment.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
