Since 2019, Synergy Dining Group has grown into a fast-growing Malaysian F&B group with 5 brands and 11 outlets, specializing in Sichuan hotpot, halal-certified hotpot, and modern Sichuan street food.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a passionate Front Desk Manager to lead our front-of-house team and create exceptional dining experiences for every guest.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations.

• Welcome, seat, and engage guests while ensuring a warm and professional experience.

• Manage reservations, guest flow, table allocation, and customer enquiries.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.

• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate FOH team members.

• Ensure excellent service standards, dining etiquette, hygiene, and SOP compliance.

• Coordinate closely with the BOH team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Monitor outlet performance, including customer traffic, table turnover, and average spending.

• Support promotions, manpower planning, cost control, stock counts, and operational reporting.

• Build a positive, disciplined, and high-performing service team.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory/management role.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.

• Experience in reservations, guest flow, and front-of-house management.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Basic understanding of budgeting, payroll, and cost control.

• Responsible, proactive, resilient, and service-oriented.

• Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
