About the role

We are looking for a passionate, caring, creative and dedicated Playschool Teacher for Keedsflix Playschool Sri Rampai to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with young children, have a positive attitude, and be able to create a safe, fun and engaging learning environment where children can learn through play and exploration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate learning and play-based activities for children based on modules provided.

• Create a fun, safe and nurturing classroom environment.

• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language and physical development.

• Prepare daily lesson plans, learning materials and classroom activities.

• Encourage children's creativity, curiosity, confidence and independence.

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming classroom.

• Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's development and daily activities.

• Monitor children's progress and provide appropriate support according to their individual needs.

• Participate in school events, activities and enrichment programmes.

• Work closely with other teachers and the management team.

About you

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) / KAP, or relevant certificates, courses or qualifications related to Early Childhood Education.

• Previous experience working with preschool/young children is an advantage.

• Passionate about early childhood education and working with children.

• Patient, caring, responsible and enthusiastic.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative and energetic, with the ability to make learning fun.

• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong discipline, punctual and classroom management skills.
