Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from conception to completion
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecast
Coordinate cross-functional meetings with design, production, quality assurance, and procurement departments
Ensure adherence to engineering standards, customer specifications, and regulatory compliance
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools (e.g., Gantt charts, ERP/MRP systems, KPIs)
Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
Manage risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve technical and operational challenges with the production team
Lead thorough documentation, including project files, engineering change notices, and compliance records
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or any related field
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial project management
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
