About the Position:
The position supports the
Order Fulfillment Executive
, warehouse staff and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their careers in logistics. It is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving and are eager to learn.
Job Description:
Order Management
Assist the Order Fulfillment Executive in processing and tracking local and export orders.
Input orders into the ERP system, generate picking slips and verify accuracy.
Update assembly-related information in the ERP system to ensure real-time order tracking.
Delivery Coordination
Plan and oversee delivery schedules to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are prepared for dispatch.
Arrange outbound shipments, track deliveries, and address any logistics-related issues.
Liaise with couriers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Customer Communication
Provide real-time order status updates to customers, including Proof of Delivery (POD).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding delivery status and resolve concerns.
Inventory Support
Assist with annual stock-taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records and report discrepancies.
Team Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance fulfilment processes and resolve operational challenges.
Support the Order Fulfilment Executive with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
O Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management are a plus.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform well under pressure.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
