A detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with a Semiconductor background, seeking to contribute as Key Account Manager for Power Distribution Panels. Experienced in coordinating operations, managing timelines, and working with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, and logistics teams. Committed to providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and developing technical knowledge of power distribution systems to help drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job Summary

Manage key semiconductor customer accounts, develop long-term business relationships, and drive sales growth. Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand strategic semiconductor customer account to drive business growth
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure timely delivery
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with market trends and customer needs
• Communicate product specifications, lead times, and delivery schedules clearly and promptly to customers
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements
• Analyze customer requirements and semiconductor market trends to inform account strategies
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field
• MBA qualification is advantageous
• 3 to 5 years of account management or sales experience in the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Effective project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as required
