Your new role

You'll own the operational health of users' environments end-to-end: reliability, performance, and the experience of the user. When incidents hit - you'll lead them through to resolution and dig into the root cause. You will have to improve automation so recurring work gets easier for everyone and mentoring less experienced colleagues through pairing and review.



What you'll need to succeed

• MUST HAVE Experience supporting users in a subsurface or E&P environment.
  
• Experience supporting petrotechnical applications.
  
• Solid infrastructure and networking knowledge.
  
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively in an operations' environment.
