Job Summary
You will handle customer communications, prepare quotations and delivery orders, monitor job schedules, and maintain accurate records to support smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and enquiries to provide accurate information and support
Communicate clearly with customers to address enquiries and coordinate follow-up actions
Prepare detailed quotations and delivery orders to support sales and service operations
Monitor and update daily job schedules and contact customers to confirm job details and timing
Maintain organized filing of returned delivery orders after job completion for record accuracy
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Communicate effectively, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) to prepare documents and track information
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
