Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations & projects.
Coordinate with suppliers on product sourcing, pricing, stock availability, and delivery.
Work closely with the sales, store, project, and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor product quality, specifications, and availability.
Manage stock planning and material requirements for ongoing projects.
Monitor project and operational costs and identify areas for improvement.
Resolve product, material, and operational issues promptly.
Improve workflow and internal operational procedures.
Supervise and coordinate the Operations & Product team.
Prepare reports on inventory, products, suppliers, and operational performance.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience & strong knowledge in carpentry is preferred.
Experience in operations, project coordination, or product management.
Good understanding of material specifications, installation processes, and site requirements.
Strong supplier coordination and negotiation skills.
Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
