Job Description & Requirements

  • To supervise the work
  • Conduct in progress inspections to ensure that work carried out complies with quality standards and requirements
  • Assist consultants to carry our duties under Building Control Act regulations and authorities
  • Other related duties assigned
  • At least 1 year or relevant working experience
  • Registered as Resident Technical Officer recognized by the Commissioner of Building Control
  • Demonstrated proactive approach and effective communication skills
