The Role

We are seeking an analytical and proactive Business Analyst to support business requirements, process analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and turning business needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational performance.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Support project planning, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and business insights.
• Coordinate with Technology, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and solution validation.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare process maps, workflow documentation, and business cases.
• Support change-management and process-improvement initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist with ad-hoc business analysis and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of business analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand complex business problems and develop practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
• Singapore work eligibility is required.
