Job Summary:
Manage various HR functions including HR metrics reporting, offboarding processes, work pass related matter, employee promotions and other staffing related. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting organizational goals through effective HR management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop, compile, and analyze HR metrics and reports, such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
Handle the employee offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements during offboarding.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage the promotion process, communicate promotion decisions and updates to employees, and ensure the proper implementation of new roles and responsibilities.
Address other staffing-related matters, including yearly policy reviews, SOPs review, employee data maintenance in the SAP system, and other related tasks.
Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues.
Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Required skills / abilities:
Requires knowledge and understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations, such as the Employment Act and regulations set forth by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP systems and Excel.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on staffing related matters.
