Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide clear menu information to enhance their dining experience
• Accurately input customer orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently
• Prepare food items such as meat platters, soups, and salads by following cooking instructions and safety standards
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, returning trays, sweeping and mopping floors, washing utensils, and servicing the area daily
• Wash and maintain roasters, including correctly installing and removing roaster parts
• Adhere to corporate dress code by maintaining a neat and tidy appearance with uniform compliance
• Communicate clearly with team members and management to coordinate work schedules, train new employees, and resolve workplace issues
• Address guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to restaurant policies
• Manage inventory and stock levels by placing orders and inputting purchase data into the system
• Manage and standardize SOP through training, observations, and follow-up
• Support management in hiring and training new team members
• Manage staff well-being by coordinating break times and off days
• Conduct team briefings to share best practices and reinforce expectations
• Assist with opening and closing shifts and prepare daily sales reports
• Plan staff schedules and manage payroll

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant service, cashier duties, or supervisory roles
