Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Singapore. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, monitoring performance metrics, managing work schedules, and supporting the implementation of operational improvements. The role involves preparing reports, assisting with budgeting and resource planning, and responding to operational issues in a timely manner. The Operations Executive will also contribute to maintaining compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, while supporting a positive working environment for frontline colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Strong operations and operations management skills to oversee daily service delivery and workflow coordination.
  • Analytical skills to review performance data, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and vendors effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in facilities management, building services, or related operations roles is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to facilities operations.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in operations management, facilities management, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong people management skills required
