Responsibilities
Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $2400 - $2800 (Based on Experience)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis
Manage interns schedules for deployment
Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after sales matters
Good communication skills with customer service attitude
Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers
Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner
Maintain service items inventory control
Maintain proper records for billing purpose
Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system
Preferably with IT knowledge
Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies
