Infinity Exchange Hiring! Full Time Teller - Money Exchange in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Position Overview

As a Teller / Frontliner, you’ll be the face of Infinity Exchange. You’ll handle currency exchange transactions, assist walk-in customers, and ensure all operations follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve and assist customers in buying and selling foreign currencies.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain proper transaction records.
• Perform daily opening, balancing, and closing duties.
• Follow AML/CFT and company compliance procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Report any discrepancies or unusual transactions to the Branch Manager or Operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in money exchange, banking, or retail is an added advantage (training provided for fresh candidates).
• Malaysian citizens and PR holders can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
