Responsibilities
Job Description
Coordinate sea freight shipments, transport arrangements, and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Process customer orders promptly and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling inquiries and resolving service issues.
Manage import/export permit declarations and oversee customs clearance.
Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate logistics activities.
Oversee and maintain warehouse inventory while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost‑control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Knowledge of import/export permit declaration procedures.
Responsible, and committed individual able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, collaborative team player with a high level of integrity.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Backed with more than 25 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, Anslem Logistics Pte Ltd was formed in 2003 with a vision to provide fully integrated total logistics solution at cost-effective methods. Initially based in Loyang Offshore Supply Base, the 6000 sq ft warehouse served many satisfied customers and within a year, the warehouse was 90% utilised.
It became necessary to expand the facilities to accommodate to the increasing demand for our services, and a 21,000 sq ft warehouse at the current Changi North location became our new home for our operations, where we continue to serve our customers with distinction.
