Job description:
- Global IT - Responsible for Defect Manager: understand business needs, deploy software releases regularly, do trouble shooting, identify gaps and communicate with users.
- Understand business requirements, develop and configure necessary system modifications, perform testing and document results.
- Handle emergency requests or calls with highest dedication. Proactively identify and propose system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new features and existing solutions.
- Close collaboration with IT team and external software vendor, bring in own ideas and document accordingly.
- Familiar with Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor/Master or above in Computer Science, IT Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in semiconductor industry.
- Professional Knowledge in Defect Management System, Automatic Defect Classification, Linux, SQL/Oracle, Python, Windows, Requirements Engineering, Machine Learning.
- Need to be highly motivated to take initiative, assume ownership of applications and projects.
- Experience with working with colleagues abroad is good to have.
- Good written and spoken English language is mandatory.
