Key Responsibilities:
1. Wiring and Assembly:
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Assemble electrical components and wiring harnesses according to engineering specifications.
- Install and route wiring in control cabinets and automation equipment.
2. Electrical Installation:
- Install and connect electrical components, such as sensors, switches, PLCs, and motors.
- Perform initial testing of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards.
3. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to wiring, circuits, and control systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems and prevent downtime.
4. Quality Control:
- Ensure all wiring and electrical installations meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify compliance with engineering specifications.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of wiring diagrams, installation procedures, and test results.
- Prepare reports on wiring activities, including any modifications or adjustments made during installation or troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Wiring Technician or similar role in an industrial setting, preferably in PV automation or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and wiring techniques.
- Ability to use electrical tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to electrical work.
- Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
