Responsibilities
Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations to drive business performance, ensure compliance, and lead a motivated team to achieve sales and profitability targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth business performance.
Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, company policies, and SOPs.
Monitor cleanliness, food quality, service standards, and outlet presentation.
Ensure outlet readiness during operating hours.
Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
Monitor labour cost, food cost, and controllable expenses.
Maximise outlet productivity and operational efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and develop outlet employees.
Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Build a positive and high-performing team culture.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Maintain workplace safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure all required operational records and reports are completed accurately.
Requirements
Degree or above in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
