Role Description

The Intern, Service Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The intern will support the service marketing team in promoting automotive service offerings, assisting with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, and preparing marketing materials for both online and offline channels. Daily tasks may include coordinating service promotions, helping to manage customer communications, gathering market and customer feedback, and updating service-related content. The intern will also assist in basic data analysis for marketing activities, support customer service initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand and service messaging.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Services Marketing and Marketing to support promotional activities for automotive services.
• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Communications and Communication to prepare clear, accurate, and engaging customer-facing materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service to interact professionally with customers and support service-related inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and willingness to learn about automotive service operations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and comfort working with digital tools or social media platforms.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, collaborate in a team environment, and manage time effectively.
