Role Description We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Brand Marketing Executive to grow Shero Cosmetics across e-commerce and digital channels.

You will manage campaigns, product launches, content, collaborations, and online promotions from planning to execution. You will also support selected retail marketing activities and brand events when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand, e-commerce, and digital marketing campaigns
• Manage promotions, product listings, and campaign updates across online sales platforms
• Coordinate content, product launches, social media activities, and marketing materials
• Work with influencers, affiliates, agencies, and brand partners
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
• Research beauty trends, competitors, and customer behaviour
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and presentation across all channels
• Support retail promotions, in-store displays, events, and workshops when required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Independent, creative, organised, and results-focused
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing
• Own transport and willingness to travel when required
• Good understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior
