Act as the primary custodian of the Group Employee Handbook, ensuring it is updated annually to reflect changes in labour laws and market trends.

Design, implement, and periodically audit all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across HR functions (Recruitment, Performance Management, etc.) to ensure group-wide consistency.

Tailor sub-policies for specific business units, particularly the Education division, to address sector-specific regulatory requirements.

Manage the unique requirements of the education sector, including academic talent acquisition, faculty development, and compliance with Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) or relevant regulatory standards.

Oversee the Group’s succession planning committee, identifying high-potential talent and bridging skill gaps across diverse business functions.

Lead group-wide transitions, including relocations, staff deployments, and organizational restructuring with an emphasis on change management.

Serve as the subject matter expert on the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations practices, ensuring statutory compliance across all entities.

Modernise reward systems, including executive benefits, medical insurance transitions, and performance-based incentive programs.

Drive a culture of engagement through group-wide wellness initiatives and social activities to foster a unified "One Group" identity.
