DESCRIPTIONS

• Lead, manage, and drive the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Ensure each salesperson is executing daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

• Monitor and enforce pipeline discipline

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts

• Conduct joint customer visits with team members, especially for high-value or strategic accounts.

• Review and improve conversion rates

• Lead weekly sales review meetings, ensuring action plans are clear and executed.

• Drive execution culture — not just planning, but measurable results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in leading a sales team and achieving targets (not just individual sales).

• Strong understanding of sales funnel management and pipeline conversion.

• Highly result-oriented with strong accountability mindset.

• Strong leadership skills — able to drive, discipline, and motivate team performance.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially at management/decision-maker level.

• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and implement corrective actions quickly.

• Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical sales is an advantage.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits and team management.

• Comfortable managing pressure and delivering consistent monthly results.

• Must be able to work in Bukit Mertajam Office.
