Responsibilities
Job Overview:
To manage and optimize the company's online presence, including e-commerce website campaign and promotion activities, and online customer engagement to drive sales growth, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand websites.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized with engaging descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns, flash sales, and promotions across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate participation in official platform campaigns like 11.11, 12.12, and Mega Sales Days.
- Assist in executing social media strategies, content creation, and online advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Track and report the performance of online marketing initiatives.
- Monitor online customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback across platforms.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor sales data, traffic, and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis, identify online trends, and recommend new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align online strategies with business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in e-commerce, campaign management, online sales
- Familiar with woocommerce, shopify and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of online advertising and SEO is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with content creation (images, videos, copywriting).
- Knowledge of data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
