Job Summary

Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and building systems while supervising vendors and ensuring compliance with safety and health standards at the SSDC facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and air-conditioning (ACMV) to ensure timely and effective scheduled servicing and maintenance
• Supervise outsourced contractors, cleaners, security officers, and repair teams to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contractual standards
• Resolve user feedback and coordinate safety and health inspections to maintain a safe and compliant building environment
• Manage building compliance requirements and SSDC building operations to support facility functionality and regulatory adherence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building, or Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in property or technical operations
• Knowledge of local safety rules, vendor negotiation, and basic budgeting

A private organization established since 20 July 1983 as a pioneer driving centre in Singapore. We started training for motorcycle riders on 1 April 1985 and motorcar drivers on 1 September 1985. Our mission is to promote road safety and support the long term road safety strategy of the Government. Our vision is to foster both drivers and riders with excellent skills, knowledge and manners for safe driving and riding.

We started operating at its current premises in Woodlands in Year 2010. The multi-storey driving circuit allows training and testing for all classes of licences including Class 4 and Class 5 under one roof. We also conduct defensive driving and riding courses; and refresher driving course for qualified licence holders.
