We are looking for an energetic, confident, and results driven Sales Executive who is passionate about selling and engaging with customers both online and offline. The ideal candidate is comfortable hosting live selling sessions on TikTok and Instagram, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through excellent product knowledge and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Live Selling & Social Commerce

• Host engaging live selling sessions on TikTok and Instagram to promote products and drive sales.
• Demonstrate products professionally and explain their features, benefits, and usage.
• Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions, addressing concerns, and encouraging purchases.
• Create an energetic and entertaining shopping experience that increases audience engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live selling schedules, campaigns, and promotions.

Sales & Customer Service

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and close sales efficiently.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

Content & Brand Promotion

• Assist in creating short form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative ideas to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Represent the company's brand professionally across all customer interactions.

Administrative Duties

• Process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, e-commerce, live selling, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience hosting TikTok Live or Instagram Live is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking in front of a camera with a lively and engaging personality.
• Sales-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and live commerce tools.
• Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for live selling sessions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
