ICT/AV Executive

Salary: $3,200–$3,500/month
Contract: 1 year (Jan–Dec 2027)
Working Hours: Mon–Thurs 7:30am–4:30pm | Fri 7:30am–4:00pm
30-min lunch break | No work on weekends & PH

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification in ICT, Multimedia or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ ICT/AV support experience; school experience preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
• Experience in photography, videography & video editing
• Knowledge of Chrome OS & iOS
• Strong communication, presentation & training skills
• Programming knowledge is an advantage
• Portfolio submission required

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ICT workshops and basic/intermediate ICT lessons
• Support Google Workspace, Chrome/Android, MS Teams & Google Meet
• Troubleshoot ICT, software, hardware & AV issues
• Operate and maintain classroom AV equipment
• Photograph/video school events and handle post-production
• Develop instructional videos and media content
• Maintain ICT portal, digital signage and related records
• Manage equipment loans, stock-takes and ICT admin tasks
• Guide students in photo/video editing and media-related activities

Working hours are tentative and subject to the school timetable.
