Job Responsibilities

1. Provide professional course consultation and advisory to prospective learners based on their learning needs, career objectives, and eligibility.
2. Advise learners on a range of programmes, including WSQ courses, Diploma programmes, professional courses, and workshops.
3. Provide course advisory to local and overseas learners, where applicable, including programme structure, entry requirements, course schedules, fees, funding eligibility, and enrolment procedures.
4. Handle and promptly follow up on course enquiries and leads from various channels, including Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, WhatsApp, website enquiries, referrals, and other marketing platforms.
5. Ensure timely response to new leads and actively follow up with prospective learners throughout the consultation and enrolment process.
6. Guide learners through course registration, enrolment, documentation, and payment procedures.
7. Ensure all course consultation, marketing communication, and learner advisory activities comply with Marketing Guidelines and relevant company policies.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enrolments, student information, and daily sales performance.
9. Work closely with the Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate course information is communicated to learners.
10. Achieve assigned enrolment, conversion, and sales targets.
11. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
2. Sales-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to understand learners' needs and recommend suitable programmes.
3. Strong follow-up skills with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
4. Able to communicate course information clearly, accurately, and professionally.
5. Ability to manage multiple learner enquiries and respond promptly while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
7. Experience in education, training, student recruitment, course consultation, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
8. Knowledge of WSQ courses, SkillsFuture funding, Diploma programmes, and student enrolment processes will be an advantage.
