Role Summary

We're after a creative, versatile designer who shapes Fei Fah's visual identity

across product, marketing, and corporate materials — and who's genuinely

excited by what AI tools can unlock for design and video.

This role goes beyond execution. You'll help define how our products and

brand show up to consumers, making sure every visual feels current,

considered, and unmistakably Fei Fah.

We're not looking for someone who uses AI as a shortcut — we're looking

for someone who treats it as a creative superpower: testing what works,

pushing past the obvious output, and using the right tool to get the right

result, fast.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for:

• Product packaging

• Brand mascots and illustrations

• Marketing collaterals (print & digital)

• E-commerce and website/landing page graphics

• Corporate materials (presentations, documents, etc.)

• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and positioning

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Create scroll-stopping content for platforms including Instagram,

TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote)

• Produce both static and short-form video content optimized for today's

platforms

• Support digital marketing campaigns with engaging, conversion

focused designs

• Partner closely with the marketing team on promotional visuals and

launches

AI-Powered Creative Production

• Use AI as part of your everyday creative workflow — to rapidly explore

ideas, iterate designs, and improve production efficiency

• Stay curious about new tools and enjoy discovering better ways to

create

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Sales, Management, and internal stakeholders to turn

business needs into effective design solutions

• Support product launches and campaigns with timely deliverables

• Take feedback well, without losing the integrity of the design

Trend Awareness & Innovation

• Stay ahead of design trends, consumer preferences, and market

aesthetics — including how AI is reshaping creative work

• Proactively pitch ideas that sharpen brand appeal and keep us

competitive

• Continuously refine existing assets and visual direction

Tools You'll Ideally Have Experience With

• Image: such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, ChatGPT Images, Adobe

Firefly

• Video: such as Veo, Kling AI, Runway

• Voice: such as ElevenLabs

• Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva AI / Figma AI
