We are looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise endpoint management and security platforms across a large-scale, regional environment.

The role will focus on Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Defender and endpoint automation, while ensuring endpoint environments remain secure, compliant and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise endpoint platforms using SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Manage Windows and macOS device deployment, configuration, patching and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain endpoint security baselines, compliance policies and configuration standards.
• Administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and related endpoint security capabilities.
• Manage Group Policy (GPO), application deployment, OS imaging and endpoint configurations.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise endpoint issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support endpoint modernization and regional technology deployment initiatives.
• Work closely with Security, Risk, Compliance, Architecture and Infrastructure teams.
• Maintain endpoint governance, technical documentation and audit readiness.
• Evaluate new endpoint technologies and recommend improvements in security, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering or endpoint management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies and application deployment.
• 3+ years of Jamf Pro experience managing macOS environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with Python scripting/automation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security hardening.
• Strong experience with Windows deployment, patch management and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Group Policy (GPO).
• Experience supporting 5,000+ enterprise endpoints is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 endpoint administration.
• Good understanding of technology risk, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country infrastructure environments.
• Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within global or matrix organizations.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
