Position Name : Retail Assistant

Salary Range : Up to RM 5,000 (Basic) + Commission

Location : Within Klang Valley (SS2, Puchong, Balakong and more)

Working Hours : Monday - Sunday (10.00am – 7.00pm), 1.5days off on weekday

Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to support daily showroom operations and deliver excellent customer service. The role focuses on assisting customers, promoting products, and contributing to sales performance while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits
• Support daily sales activities and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product arrangement
• Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support when required
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the purchasing journey
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and positive attitude
• Basic sales and customer service skills are an advantage
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player with strong initiative and a proactive mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
