Insurance Operations Specialist

Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Hampshire Place, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 5-day work week
Salary: RM3,000–RM6,000 (based on experience) + RM300 Transport Allowance + Medical + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Process insurance-related tasks accurately using client systems.
• Handle moderately complex cases and exceptions independently.
• Ensure work meets quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support process documentation and new task transitions.
• Communicate with clients professionally through English emails.
• Respond to client requests and escalate issues when required.
• Monitor operational data, quality, productivity, and error trends.
• Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above is preferred.
• Experience in insurance BPO or shared services operations.
• Experience in QA, audit, training, or process improvement is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills (both reading and writing).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
