MYFutureJobs is recruiting on behalf of an established customer service and business process outsourcing company for a digital banking project.

Position Details

• Position: Customer Service Executive – Digital Banking
• Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam
• Nearest Public Transport: Subang Jaya LRT Station
• Salary: RM3,000–RM3,500
• Minimum Education: SPM
• Fresh Graduates: Encouraged to apply
• Training: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, reviews and feedback through calls and emails.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Respond to customer queries accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Build professional and helpful relationships with customers.
• Record customer interactions, feedback and case details in the internal database.
• Share customer feedback with team members and team leaders.
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply.
• Six months to one year of customer service or contact-centre experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to assist both local and international customers.
• Comfortable communicating with customers from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
