Job Responsibilities :
Input data and issue insurance policy and endorsement efficiently and accurately
Routine documentation processing
Closely work with team members and business units for delivering high-quality policy administration services
Respond to inquiries from internal customers
Assist the ad hoc project assigned by the supervisor
Job requirements:
HKCEE / DSE or above
Possessing insurance professional qualifications is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in policy administration
Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and AS400
Good team player and attention to details
Good communication and interpersonal skills
More experience will be considered as Senior Clerk
