Job Description
Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or Workplace Technology Support roles.
- Proven experience in incident management, service request fulfilment, and end-user support within a corporate IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPN, and wireless connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) systems, meeting room technologies, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with IT asset management processes and asset lifecycle administration.
- Basic understanding of IT security, access control, endpoint protection, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multinational and geographically distributed IT support environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholders' management skills with high-quality customer-oriented mindset.
