Overview

We are seeking a motivated Logistics & Industrial Intern to support our Leasing Advisory team in Penang. This role offers hands-on experience in the logistics and industrial real estate sector, working with experienced professionals on market research, property analysis, and client advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on logistics and industrial real estate trends, including warehouse facilities, manufacturing sites, rental rates, and capital values in Penang and the broader region
• Maintain and update the database of tracked L&I buildings with accurate specifications
• Assist in building and validating logistics and industrial property investment options for Capital Markets transactions, including gathering property data and supporting due diligence processes
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and marketing materials for leasing opportunities, ensuring professional formatting and accuracy
• Provide research and administrative support to the team, including organizing documentation and coordinating internal information gathering
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to prepare professional client-facing materials
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines independently
• Interest in logistics, industrial real estate, supply chain dynamics, and investment analysis
