Job Description

• Attend to any form of sales enquiries, soft launching, project and show house launches.
• Participate in roadshows and exhibition events.
• Source for new prospects and follow up with existing potential prospect to ensure sales target is achieved.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare all sales and marketing related administration tasks eg. promotional activities, marketing budget, sales activity duties, etc.
• Provide excellent sales and customer services to customers and purchasers.
• Provide assistance in loan application and execution of the Sales and Purchase agreement with solicitors.

Location Available:

Simpang Ampat, Penang

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management/Administrative or related.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in related property or real estate exposure.
• Good customer service and communication skills, result oriented and dynamic.
• Mature, independent and excellent personality.
• Must possess own transportation.
• Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.
• Entitle to attractive sales commission and weekend duty allowance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
