Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess regulatory, legislative, and policy developments impacting SeIndonesia's business operations in Indonesia
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant government agencies, regulators, industry associations, and external stakeholders
- Support the company's engagement with regulatory authorities and public sector stakeholders
- Provide strategic advice to leadership on regulatory risks, compliance requirements, and policy developments
- Coordinate licensing, permits, regulatory submissions, and governance-related matters
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and government relations strategies
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Prepare policy briefs, regulatory updates, position papers, and management reports
- Identify potential regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Monitor political, economic, and regulatory trends that may impact business operations and market expansion initiatives
- Malaysian Citizen
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Government Relations, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Compliance, Legal, or related functions
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, governance practices, and stakeholder management
- Experience engaging with government agencies, regulators, industry bodies, or business associations
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business recommendations
- Experience working in multinational corporations, F&B, retail, consumer goods, or highly regulated industries is preferred
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willingness to travel regularly to Indonesia when required
- Be part of SeIndonesia's regional growth journey
- Lead strategic regulatory and government affairs initiatives supporting the Indonesia market
- Work directly with regional leadership and key external stakeholders
- Contribute to business expansion, governance excellence, and long-term sustainability
