Job Description
- Manage tax compliance processes, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and reporting standards.
- Advise on tax-efficient strategies and planning for the organisation.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organisation.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related matters.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Prepare and review tax provisions for financial reporting purposes.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks for the organisation.
A Successful Tax Manager Should Have
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
- Experience in tax compliance, planning, and reporting.
- Proficiency in using tax software and financial systems.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail in handling tax matters.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A professional qualification in accounting, taxation, or a related field.
- Month salary between MYR 10,000 and MYR 11,000.
- Permanent position within a services industries.
