Your role is all about connecting with potential candidates — finding the right people, starting conversations, understanding what they’re looking for and helping them through our recruitment process.

You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, but you should enjoy communicating, taking initiative and making things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source potential candidates across different recruitment platforms and channels
• Connect and engage with candidates through calls and messages
• Conduct initial screening and understand candidate suitability
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with the hiring team
• Follow up with candidates throughout their recruitment journey
• Keep recruitment records and candidate information organised
• Experiment with new sourcing methods to expand our candidate pool
• Support the team in achieving recruitment and manpower goals
