The intern will support the project team in coordinating and monitoring ongoing renovation works, with a focus on documentation, reporting, and day-to-day project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in daily project coordination and follow-ups
2. Support documentation and filing of project records
3. Help track project progress and prepare simple updates
4. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams as needed
5. Assist in arranging meetings and preparing meeting notes
6. Support general administrative tasks related to project activities

Qualifications/Courses/Studies Background

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, or related field
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willing to learn and work in a team
