G-Cast Concrete Hiring! Full Time Batcher in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the computerized concrete batching system efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and generate daily batching reports and submit them in a timely manner.
• Supervise the assigned concrete batching plant and ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition.
• Monitor concrete production closely and ensure compliance with batching SOPs and quality requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate quality control tests, including slump tests and concrete cube tests.
• Identify and report any abnormal plant or equipment conditions to the maintenance team for immediate corrective action.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability to support uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supply of concrete mixer trucks for production needs.
• Monitor mixer truck utilization and promptly report any breakdowns to the workshop team for necessary repairs.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to batching operations, production output, and quality testing.
• Ensure workplace housekeeping and compliance with safety requirements at the batching plant.

Job Requirements

• SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in concrete batching, ready-mix concrete, precast concrete, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete production processes and batching plant operations.
• Familiarity with concrete quality testing such as slump test and cube test will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate computerized batching systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor production quality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to work in a plant/manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
