As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be the first person to connect with potential candidates. Understanding what they want and connect them to exciting career opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Source and identify suitable talent profiles for assigned vacancies through various online channels and databases.
• Use advanced search techniques, Boolean searches, keywords, filters, and relevant sourcing tools to identify active and passive candidates.
• Review profiles and CVs to identify potentially relevant candidates based on the basic job criteria provided by the Recruitment Consultant.
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand job requirements, ideal profile criteria, and sourcing priorities.
• Understand the type of role, industry, career direction, and working arrangement each candidate is looking for.
• Record accurate call outcomes, job preferences, interest level, and relevant candidate information in the company's recruitment system or database.
• Provide the assigned Recruitment Consultant with a clear and timely handover, including the candidate's preferences, availability, interest level, and any important information gathered during the initial call.

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or any related field.
• Is curious and likes to ‘dig’ for more information.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, and the technology industry.
• Confident and professional when conducting cold calls and speaking with potential candidates.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, job boards, databases, or other online research platforms is an advantage.
• Able to provide clear, accurate, and timely handovers to Recruitment Consultants.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Recruitment experience is a plus, but NOT a must. We care more about your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn. Fresh graduates looking for a good learning ground and career development opportunity are welcome to apply.
