PS Global Consulting Hiring! Full Time Business Development Executive in - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

1. Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
2. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline(BANT or similar framework).
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads to support the sales team.
4. Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.
5. Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Managers
6. Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and lead information in the CRM system.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights relevant to the Hong Kong market.
8. Maintain a Weekly Cadence with Sales & CSM to understand market feedback, identifying opportunities to support the needs of sales

Qualifications

1. Professional proficiency in Cantonese and English is required.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English.
3. Full-time availability and ability to work remotely from Malaysia.
4. 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
5. Knowledge of ERP, business management software, and the technology industry is an added advantage
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally.
8. Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.
9. Previous experience supporting the Hong Kong market is an advantage.
